How many people can you accommodate at Five on 5?

Our Pinehurst vacation rental is a single-family home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and can sleep up to 8 guests. Whether you are a family of 4 or 6-8 buddies coming to Pinehurst for a golf trip, we can comfortably accommodate you for your stay. We also have a fully stocked kitchen, multiple areas to hang out with your group, including a finished garage game room and expansive deck overlooking Hole 3 on Pinehurst No. 5.

Do you have access to book Pinehurst Resort tee times or other Pinehurst/Sandhills area golf courses?

No, we do not have privileged access to getting you tee times at Pinehurst Resort. We do however work with Sandhills Vacation Rentals, who can help create a golf package for your trip at other Pinehurst area courses. You can also book tee times in advance directly with most of the public golf courses in the area. (advanced bookings varies depending on the course)

Do you have a grill we can use?

Yes, our home has a gas grill on the front patio, as well as a cozy gas fire table stocked with propane for our guests to use during their stay. It’s a great spot to enjoy a nice meal, drink & social hour with your friends or family!

What is your refund policy?

50% of your booking rate is due as a deposit at the time of booking and can be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days in advance of your stay. The additional 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You may receive a 50% refund for any cancellations that provide notice up to 14 days before your arrival date. Within 14 days of your arrival date, no refund is provided for cancellation.

Do you rent out your home as a lodging option during major golf tournaments?

Yes, our home is available to rent during any primetime golf event that is coming to the Pinehurst & Southern Pines region. This includes upcoming Men’s US Opens at Pinehurst (2024), Women’s US Opens at Pinehurst, U.S. Kids Golf events, Pinehurst North & South Championships and other major golf events in the Sandhills of North Carolina.
